From the
Pastor. . .
We appreciate your interest in our church.
Our desire is to honor God by being "A Family Growing Together" At
Lake
Tapps Community Church we want you to experience the love, forgiveness
and acceptance that is found in the family of God. We believe that
Jesus Christ, through His death on the cross, opened the way for you
to have a personal and vital relationship with God. He is the way,
the truth and the life. (John 14:6). Those who put their faith and
trust in Christ receive the forgiveness of sin and become children of
God. God lives in His children by the Holy Spirit. He calls us to
love one another, serve one another, and tell others about Him. Each
member of God's family makes a unique contribution and has been gifted
by God to serve others. We believe that God's plan to reach the world
for Himself is through churches filled with believers in whom Christ
lives by His Spirit. As we follow Christ we are committed to His
Word, the Bible. It is our guidebook and the standard for all we do.
Daily yielding our lives to Christ and obedience to His Word is the
key to our being "A Family Growing Together". We have a great God and
He has called us to worship and praise Him for all He has done for
us. We seek to joyfully worship Him. We invite you to come and join
with us.
Because of Christ,
